CHI4U Canada: History, Identity, and Culture

This course traces Canadian history, focusing on national identity and culture, as well as the identity and culture of diverse groups. Students explore developments and events from precontact to present and examine how communities have contributed to identity and heritage. They apply historical thinking and the inquiry process to investigate people, events, and forces that shaped Canada.
