CGW4U World Issues: A Geographic Analysis

In this course, students will address the challenge of creating a more sustainable and equitable world. Using the geographic inquiry process and concepts of geographic thinking, they will explore issues involving a wide range of topics, including economic disparities, threats to food and water supplies, geopolitical conflicts, and impacts of climate change. Students will apply skills of geographic analysis and develop and communicate balanced opinions about the complex issues facing Canada and a globalizing world.
