CGU4M World Geography: Urban Patterns and Population Issues

This course explores population growth, movement, urbanization, and global community patterns. Students investigate forces shaping global communities, quality of life, and interactions between communities. They apply geographic thinking, the geographic inquiry process, and spatial skills/technologies to examine population change and urban issues and propose ways to enhance community sustainability.
Prerequisites: Any university, university/college, or college preparation course in Canadian and world studies, English, or social sciences and humanities
